I recently had the need to move to a new apartment and received an excellent service from Greenstone in Folkestone. They found me a lovely apartment which suited my needs for high quality, spacious accommodation. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible to my needs and did their best to ensure I had the time I needed to move without stress.

Greenstone arranged for a video and in depth photographs to be taken of the property as we lived at a distance and we were unable to keep travelling down to Folkestone. Greenstone also liaised with my family to ensure that the move to the apartment in Folkestone was stress free, and we feel that they went that extra mile for us.

I couldn’t believe that Greenstone found me tenants on the first viewing as it had been on the market with a previous agent with no success, and the tenants moved into the property within a week. Not only did they do that once but they also repeated again with one set of tenants vacating over the weekend and a new tenant moving into the property on the Monday.
